Its residents and visitors are sure to undergo a range of entertainment activities, including free community events, cultural performances, and musical tributes that are bound to bring together all communities in the city. Under the aegis of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the Diwali this year is promised to be a joyous festival for families, with fireworks, theater shows, comedy acts, and much more.
The celebrations begin with spectacular fireworks at Al Seef and Global Village, which set the stage for this unforgettable Diwali. Noor – Festival of Lights is also available to families during these days at Al Seef from October 25 to 27, where puppetry, music, theater, and traditional Indian cuisine reflect much about India. Moreover, the Deepavali Utsav on October 26, at Etisalat Academy, will immerse visitors in the festive spirits as folk dances, funfairs, and Indian delicacies tempt the taste buds. Global Village will also host Diwali Markets during October 28 to November 3, bringing forth a spirited shopping and dining experience blended with cultural performances and fireworks displays.
For that is where one finds everything with a touch of luxury and some entertainment.
